No one take the calls. No idea why they have a phone number.
I’m fine with the Dr. But the receptionist is awful and abusive. I really dislike having to go or deal with her. I try to be as kind as can be. She is lazy too! Terrible listening skills and has no care for patients.
Everything with Dr Spence is top notch , from his facilities, to reception, both ladies are great friendly, welcoming and obliging, very professional and they know what they are doing. The nurses are great and Dr Spence himself is very patient and accommodating especially with my multiple conditions he’s treating me for. I’m glad I found them for my personal physician and care.
Been a patient for over 9yrs started with Robert Gabor and when he left Dr Shirly Tauro took over his patients and that's when it all went downhill. Can never get an appointment to see her and when you do it's two weeks away. I went to a different walk in and was prescribed antibiotics. A week later and still not feeling well with a serious illness and still can't get an appointment with my family Doctor. This is absolutely unacceptable. Krista - the receptionist is unfriendly, has no people skills, shows no caring skill, has no smile and makes us feel like we are a bother. Today she still had her winter coat on along with a PUMA sweatshirt. When she was taking a call on the phone she was still texting on her own cell phone. She needs to be talked to. The other receptionist seems unhappy as well. Can we not find people who are welcoming, and helpful with a caring smile.
