I am a patient of Dr. Nelyubina, and my experience with this office has been completely unacceptable. I scheduled an appointment for February 26 and even took the day off work to attend. It has been extremely hard to get to someone on the phone to book a follow-up appointment for my pregnancy. After my first appointment I tried to make a follow-up but was told they were on lunch in the back and didn't want to come up. I get that but I have been trying for 2 weeks now to make an appointment and no one ever answers the phones. I have tried calling the office all week and there was no answer. I'm disappointed how a medical office is unable to answer their phones.
Impossible to get through. Not professional in the least.
