Have been trying to get a hold of the office for over two and a half weeks now. probably called twice a day everyday and not one single time have they answered the phone. Absolutely impossible to make an appointment or get any kind of help.
They have been taking care of me for a longtime now - not perfect but so very, very good at what they do!

What is the actual, practical purpose of having a family doctor in Ontario if you can never see them? I'm genuinely asking. Every single time I've been sick—flu, infection, you name it—I call the office and the receptionist cheerfully informs me the next available appointment is in 5-6 WEEKS. By then, I'll either be better or dead. What am I supposed to do? I'm sick now. I need a doctor now. But I'm told to wait over a month. It's a complete joke.
