We hired Springwater Catering for my mother’s 90th birthday celebration, and they exceeded our expectations for this special milestone. Hosting 35 guests at a private venue, we opted for deli and fancy sandwiches, wraps, mediterranean and potato salads, fruit and veggie platters plus bite-sized cakes for dessert- the strawberry shortcake and German chocolate cake was to die for. Its rare to find a chef who's judgment you can trust. In the past 3 years I don't think I have ever asked Dave to make me something specific. I just let him know I'm looking for something to eat and he whips together some super flavorful food. I have NEVER had a meal from Dave that I didn't love ot want a second time. Will continue to be my go to.
One of the best steak sandwiches, I’ve had the pleasure of eating. Top sirloin, cut roughly a quarter inch thick, after being marinated to perfection. 10/10 would recommend.
