Had a great experience storing here for a few months! Staff was always so friendly and helpful, they walked me through the check-in process over the phone since I would be arriving from out of town after hours. Both move-in and move-out was simple and smooth! The facility is clean, well maintained, and felt safe; our belongings were protected and stayed in perfect condition while stored here for about 8 months. Overall great experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Betsy, who walked me through the entire process of renting a unit. She was skilled, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, making the experience smooth and pleasant. Betsy has an outstanding work ethic and provides excellent customer service. In fact, I would 100% follow her to a new place if she decided to move on. It's clear she is a valuable asset to any team, and I hope the management recognizes and appreciates her contributions before she makes any decisions to leave.
