Big Mistake.. I had called in an order for Mother's Day flowers based on an arrangement I found on their website. The lady I spoke to on the phone indicated that what I was looking at was actually through their third-party online store, Teleflora, but that she could easily make the arrangement for me. She was actually very confident about being able to make something much better. Website owned by 'the teleflora network,' don't buy online! – If you do a google search forl local flowers in or near Springville Utah this place shows up, ok great, now you go to their website springvilleutahflowers . com and see a really nice assortment of flowers that you can get. You find something you like and place an order and then find out that this shop is part of 'the teleflora network.' Great Flowers and Service – This floral does great work. They always strive to make my flowers beautiful and unique. They also have a lot of cute gift ideas. Even on holidays when they are swamped they do nice designs and strive for the best in customer service. I will continue to use this floral.

Friendly, helpful, & a good value – I wanted an arrangement of 11 orange roses to give my husband for our 11th Anniversasy - we were married on Halloween. I called the day before and the woman was very friendly about catering to my specific needs, and she suggested some good ideas to personalize the arrangement, and didn't charge me any extra. Very helpful, and friendly. – When I realized I had to order a gift at the last minute for a Halloween company party, they were very helpful. When I went in there they had a lot of nice unique gift ideas, and when I picked one out they made sure it was arranged nicely.

Very good quality and service. – The flowers I order from Springville floral always look fresh and are arranged so nicely. The designers always do a very good job there, and the customer service is much better than other florals I have been to. I used to order from Steiners as well as other florals in the area but the quality and service was not as good.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE – I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday on Monday to be delivered on Friday. Friday 530pm comes around so i call them. "Oh ya, they haven't been delivered yet, can we go deliver them now" Are you kidding me?! They have no concept of time and its obvious by the person below me. Please do not buy from them if you want your flowers delivered on the time you requested. Lets just hope I get my money back.

Worst quality and customer service ever! – I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday through the Teleflora service. Springvill Floral got the order. First of all, they sent the flowers a day too early making my friend think I forgot which day her birthday was. I paid $75 for a "florists choice" arrangement and $15 for balloons too be added to the arrangement. When I called my friend to ask her to send me a picture of the flowers she was hesitant.
