I have Dental Pay Plus. With this ins, cleanings are free. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I called 3 dentists before springville dental arts. My first question was "do you accept dental pay plus". They told me "no". Then I called SD arts group. They told me. "Yes, we do." I was happy and made appointments for my wife and daughter. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have such a kind and caring dentist as Dr. Smith is. He is always concerned about how I am feeling and that I am comfortable. He takes such good care of me and I am not so afraid to go on a regular basis.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
