I was in just complete shock with how the previous/new owners conduct business there. 1. They targeted my family due to racism, knowingly having black mold all throughout D building in at least 4 of 8 apartments, did nothing about it and caused us all to start having bad symptoms from the exposure, insect infestation problem inside the apartment's (carpet beetles/their larvae) that were throughout our apartment and blamed us for it, lied and said they had our unit steam cleaned before moving in (later found out it had not be... read more
Super friendly! I was new to the area when I moved and they made everything so easy!! Apartments are nice and maintenance is always there to help with any issues.
Recently moved in and have had nothing but the best experiences here. Moving in was easy and the neighborhood is comfortable and quiet.
