HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday through 1800flowers and the day after the order was made and to be delivered they decided to decline the order because they claim Shapleigh was 40min away, it was 18 min away. When asked if i can pick them up they declined.Worst part is they contacted the recipient and not me to tell me they were not delivering. I had printed a picture for my mom to bring to florists to shown them what I wanted for my wedding bouquet. Several florists did not even work with her because they could not find lilacs. This florist was willing to help anyway possible. She made the flowers just as I had wanted them to. They came out beautiful

Very disappointed in the Christmas flower arrangement. Received flowers on 12/14/18 and the roses were already wilted. I called and I was told that that was not possible! Today 12/17/18 the white roses are all brownish. The picture of what it should have looked like is not what I received. It was supposed to be all red roses not mixed with what supposed to be white roses. I did what I was supposed to do to keep them freshly watered.
