My husband had to have an emergency appointment and the staff and Dr Daniel were so professional and efficient....they went above and beyond in meeting his needs. Greatly appreciated!

I have attended this clinic for 10 years. I am puzzled by some of the reviews. I’ve always found the reception staff to be polite and helpful. Robin Troutbeck was great. I have just seen Bob Wang and his explanation was both extremely helpful and very professional.
The doctor I've been taking my son to see over the past year - she is always lovely. How ever, why make appointments when you never run on time, always wait minimum 40mins and never are told "sorry we're running late". The receptionist recently told me I had 2 days for a referral to be approved for Medicare then as they didn't answer their phones during business hours this went past the weekend and now I'm met with rudeness and no solution given. Terrible reception and doc with arrogant attitude with no solution on ur issues, all recommendations same as GP. Very low quality of work from dr. Bob that has been late for around an hr from appointment time. Instead of offering an apology but told u off by saying “I was keep working and wasn’t sit there doing nothing”and “I didn’t ask you to come to see me”The point is if u are struggling then shouldn’t take so many appointments.
