Been here a few times, wait time minimum 1.5hr. It’s pretty annoying. The doc is ok, his advice is pretty standard.
I loathe to make a negative review but I’m compelled for the sake of other parents and their children. We took our 9yo daughter to see Dr Wong on recommendation of her GP with complaints of double vision. Upon examination, Dr Wong confirmed her double vision but informed us “it was ‘incurable’ that her brain hadn’t developed the ability to ‘fuse’ two images together and that it was too late, she was too old so there was no treatment, not even the prism glasses she was wearing. My husband had to have an emergency appointment and the staff and Dr Daniel were so professional and efficient....they went above and beyond in meeting his needs. Greatly appreciated!

I have attended this clinic for 10 years. I am puzzled by some of the reviews. I’ve always found the reception staff to be polite and helpful. Robin Troutbeck was great. I have just seen Bob Wang and his explanation was both extremely helpful and very professional.
