I made the right choice installing my carpet with them, great customer service by Arman and the team, and amazing carpet quality and installation
Very disappointed with how our install went and no one is calling us back or responding anymore. Unfortunately management doesn’t care and doesn’t want to discuss issues. Save your money and stress levels and go elsewhere. We spent more than $14k on new carpet. Unfortunately the first installer (who was excellent) got sick partway through the job. People being sick is unpredictable, however the communication from Carpet Court was terrible. They advised a new installer was coming on a certain day and would be there about 7am.... read more

I had a great experience at Carpet Court SpringVale! Mohamed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He helped me find the perfect carpet for my home and even gave me some great tips for maintenance. The installation was well done, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thankyou for the wonderful customer service from beginning to end!!
