Affordable and a good location. Unfortunately, while living here, I was harassed and threatened by a very large man whom shared the quint. Management's response was not satisfactory, altho there was a response, and so I moved. The quint situation is only as good as the people living in the hallway. If choosing to live here, perhaps consider extra security precautions.
I had an overall great experience living here. The staff (Joe and Scott) are personable, friendly, and eager to help make your stay comfortable and feel like home. The “issues” I had were not specific to this complex, but the area of town. Many people rummaging through the garbage and lots of traffic—including an unusual amount of ambulances tending to people in the complex. Very disappointed in the treatment of the manager here. Verbally abused and even threatened for seemingly walking through the alley, as if he owned the entire street! Would not recommend this place or its management.
