Very nice place to live at a affordable price
Don't bother making an appointment to view their "available" apartments, they'll make an appointment then when you drive an hour to get there they'll give the apartment to someone else and never update you.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Spring tree management/owners are thieves and dishonest people! Disgusting human beings. After moving out and leaving the apartment in good condition they kept our deposit!!! They had us thinking we would get it in the mail. Never even contacted us to let us know. When we contacted them Ginger said we had unpaid utilities so they paid them with our deposit!!! LIES!!!! First of all doesn't your unpaid utilities follow u wherever you move to? Also how can they use your deposit without first consulting you??... read more
