The staff and Dr Martin were amazing with our cat Baxter. They did everything they could to save him but unfortunately because his regular vet did not treat him properly he passed away on April 16th. Dr Martin was amazing and we would like to help her patients out as my husband and I have created a emergency portable Oxygen tank and would like to make more so she has them to give to other families when they need to transport their animals with oxygen when they need it. You can spend $500 and they'll still only tell you "we think" because you didn't pay for the full treatment plan they offered then tell you the "treatment" you can buy for $4 from Walmart. what a joke. Waste of time and money and my animal deserved so much better. I would recommend literally ANYWHERE else.

Springtown is very accommodating and they will treat your animal(s) in the same manner in which they treat their own!!!
At Springtown, they have always been so kind to us and our dog, Telo. He is a very anxious puppy and they always knew how to comfort him as best as they could. Everyone was always so accommodating and did their best to make our pup feel at home. After having a serious allergic reaction to some medication (we had no history for him because he was a shelter dog, just taken off the streets), our doctor called us every single day for a good week after the fact to check and make sure he was doing well on the new medication. I cannot thank Dr. Dan Nowland and the lovely techs and receptionists enough. They have turned my sweet kitty around. He is 18 years old and they have treated him with care and love ever since I brought him to them over a year ago in his worst state. Dr. Nowland always makes every effort to notify me about every possible treatment and he seems to truly wish to make Kovee’s life the best it can be. They have kept him with me and still purring up a storm, even as a grumpy old kitty. Photo in the comments for reference!
