I called a month in advance to get a wellness visit required by my insurance they scheduled me and had to put in for time off work a month in advance for this. They called me 3 days before to ask to reschedule because of they were basically not seeing anyone in the clinic because of Covid? They were doing televideo, I said no because you can’t do a televideo physical and she understood. So I called this morning to schedule an appointment was told that they don’t schedule appointments over the phone until you fill out the proper paperwork online OK so I go online to try to fill out the paperwork they did ask me what insurance I had before telling me I had to go online to fill out paperwork but when I go online to fill out paperwork it would not let me fill it out without printing it off since I don’t have access to a printer I called back to get some additional information I spoke with a Sarah there who seem... read more
