I have lived here for about 15 years and the only good about this place is the rent. They do not follow up on anything, there are mice running free in most apartments and no maintenance is done what so ever. There are major basement issues with holes in walls big enough to walk through. It has been slowly going down hill for some time now. NEED TO MOVE
