Had such a great experience with Kelsey, Nelly, Victor, and Dr. Tchintchin. Very friendly staff, clean office, and they take their time with you, making sure that you understand everything.
Been coming to this office years. Always the same vibrant atmosphere. Great work! I feel so good when I leave with peace of mind my teeth and my family’s teeth are in the right hands. ♥️‼️
I had a very disappointing experience with this dental hygienist(Victor). The cleaning felt rushed and unnecessarily rough, causing significant discomfort. He even told my wife that "He didnt have time for this and has other patients to see. Be mindful my son just turned 4. There was little communication about what was being done or concern for how he was feeling during the appointment. Wonderful service, professional staffs, no delay, no pushing unnecessary treatment. Victor is amazing.
The dentist was so thorough and the cleaning was very good. He was professional and explained everything. The only problem I had was with the lady in the front she doesn’t quite understand how insurances work on what to charge and what not too charge
