WORST LANDLORD EVER!!! I moved in about a year ago to 3133 Spring Valley Road and have had everything from the dishwasher, air conditioner, bathtub, stove, and hot water heater break. They cut down all the trees on the lawn and laid mulch down so the lawn looks horrible. They don't respond to emails and the repair services they use randomly just show up without an appointment or uniform. Extremely rude and unprofessional in every way.
I have to say...not the best experience. I became a landlord instead of homeowner unexpectedly, and decided to work with John. He located tenants very quickly but their English was not good and they had no grasp of property care and upkeep basics. They called in for EVERYTHING, and the repair people on call were not cheap. I had to step in and find more reasonably priced repair people and after a time I felt it was not worthwhile to pay a management fee when in fact I was doing the "managing".
I was a first time landlord and Springsteed came recommended to me from another real estate agent. I met with John and my husband and I felt comfortable with him, liked what he was saying, and decided to go with his company to handle leasing our house. We were promised that we could get a price for the house that (come to find out) was way to high for our area and the house sat empty for 4 months before John finally dropped the price enough to get an interested renter.
