This is a very untruthful company Salesperson told me that all parts are covered by lifetime warranty but when my iron filter and softener broke 2 years after installation service guy charge me 377$ for service and broken parts becuse they were not covered by warranty I would not recommend this company to anybody

Springsoft charged for every service call even though the softener wasn't fixed properly the first time, then didn't stand behind the work. It took a minimum of three service calls without a fix. Our resolution was to replace the softener.
