THEN ON MEMORIAL DAY PICINIC-PEOPLE FIXS THIER GARDENS AN WIN. OCT WE HAVE HALLOWEEN PARTY IN DECEMBER CHRISTMAS PARTY TOO. SPRINGSIDE MENDOWS GREAT MANAGEMENT HER IS LOUISE AN PETE THAT HELP US FIX THINGS GREAT MAN AN NICE.
Springside Meadows is the best affordable 55 and older Townhouse/Condo in Monroe County. It’s quiet with well kept lawns and Shrubbery. It offers activities for all the residents (great community room for family gathering). Each unit has its private entrance. The management is excellent, very caring, yet business, and understands the needs of the tenants. I was a long time tenant until my income reached above the required limit. I highly recommend Springside Meadows .. a great place to live
place should be renamed witchy widows because certain tenants get special privileges while others are harassed- no need to get on waiting list cause friends and relatives get preference
rules are excessive and ridiculous- you will feel like you need to hire a attorney from day 1-apartments are tiny-certain people get special privileges -while others are harassed to the extent that they don't feel comfortable leaving their apartment- thus getting mentally ill
