If you can find something better, definitely do so. Management is impossible to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of them, they act like you are a huge inconvenience to them. Ran into many issues here that simply never got fixed. Neighbors are terrible and incredibly rude, some even get away with arson (?!) Learned what meth smelled like while walking to my mailbox everyday. Not a great first home experience. The inside is okay, price is definitely too high for what you get though.
I would not recommend….nothing gets fixed….you can never get in contact with anybody in the office… voicemail is always full…. Just a horrible experience.
Worse place to rent from. Management is horrible. Not only did I have issues but the other tenants would constantly come over and share their horrible experience. We had to come together and contact HUD. Hopefully they look into it. I wouldn't recommend unless you wanna be harassed and your privacy invated. My ceiling also fell in my kitchen and management tried to harass me about paying it as if I had something to do with the poor structure. Awful awful awful
