If you have a loved one in this place then you hate them.. it take the staff 3 hours to answer call lights so if anyone need help they may die before any help come and the staff BEAT AND MISS TREAT the old people there so make sure you visit often because the staff will lie to you if you don't wish I can give them negative stars
I appreciate the excellent customer service from Brittani at the reception desk and Tiffani in the Social Work Department at Springs Road Healthcare. Both have helped by boyfriend Antonio Santos and me during his stay at their facility. There are many things he has needed during his stay and Brittany and Tiffani have answered my questions and addressed my requests of help for him. My brother arrived had a stroke in another state & was transported via ambulance to this amazing facility. I was able to meet with the medical social worker, nurses, doctor and care team health aids, physical & occupational therapist. His room, linens, were clean. I opt to do his laundry although it was offered. I had the opportunity to visit him during his therapies, as well as extend my visits to work around my work schedule.
