Great care! The staff here is able to keep me motivated and encouraged. I had so many compliments it's like I had my own cheering squad. I want to give some shout outs. Physical therapy Jaybee and to Michael that sits by the door and Ron the nurse, any time I buzzed for my medicine he was right there and had a calming attitude. Cookie, Cookie motivates me to smile and be happy and Evelyn motivates me to smile and be myself, she would also motivates me to be more independent.Melvin was one of the main people cheering me on. This is the worst place to send your loved ones like seriously. This place should be shut down immediately. Like for real. Best believe I'm going to be calling the Ombudsman on these people that work here. First off I had my dad in these people's care. They clearly don't know what they are doing. The nurses that work here are a joke. My dad had really bad diarrhea and they didn't care. Let alone they gave my dad a really bad bed sore. They kept trying so send my wife home as she was unable to keep up with her physical therapy She was suffering from lung cancer and was dizzy and confused. I finally had her admitted to a hospital where she passed away 3 weeks later. The care they provided only made her suffer more.

Monique and Physical Therapy are well informed and excellent help. The staff has kept me aprized of all mess and therapies, as well as having great bedside maners.
