Absolutely horrible customer service. Never can be seen, always booked up. They act like they do not even care at the front desk. Early this year they called me to tell me over the phone that my brain scan was abnormal but wouldn't tell me the actual results over the phone of why it was abnormal. Said I needed to come in but they were going to be closed for lunch and would have to come after they reopened. Seriously? I was a patient for many years with them missed a appointment and they dropped me as a patient this is after I explained the situation with them that,it was out of my control they care nothing about there patients avoid this Drs office at all cost
Amazing staff, patient, friendly...Dr Faltermeyer and Pang are fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better hometown doctor's office! Our whole family goes here, and we love it!! From the check in to check out, never a disappointment. Thank you SRFP!! :)
