Update: 08/11. Despite providing a witness statement with my movers with costs incurred due to the situation I experienced alongside 200 dollars in admin fees it seems as if I am being ignored/strung along with no resolution. I am preparing to handle this legally. Checked out a model unit last weekend which was awesome and was excited to move in. The customer service was fantastic as well. Checked out a model unit last weekend which was awesome and was excited to move in. The customer service was fantastic as well. Upon moving in me and my mover inspected the apartment since it had a musty smell and noticed water damage under the sink literally right after I signed my lease with paint on the floor since the greystar corporate(the property management company) needs to invest in better maintenance guys. EDIT: Living here has a bunch of ups. But one of the reasons I won't be renewing my lease is the lawn care. They are out here, no joke, from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. You can't sleep in. They use loud machines that can be heard from miles away. Since April, it is practically an every day thing. I contacted management, and they were really nice. Stating they have 40 acres to maintain and it 'shouldn't be every week.' Last week was every day except Friday. This week they were only here a few hours Monday morning, no Tu... read more
