Edit 2: They responded to this review, ignore it. They said they are happy to assist in the response, yeah you mean ignoring you and taking you on a ride while also pretending they are trying to help you when they aren't. They will essentially blow you off then say "They are happy to assist". This was not resolved in a fair manner.
