EDIT 06/01/26: Living here has a bunch of ups. However, at first there was some downs. I wrote to the office and they were quick to reply. It took some time, but they adjusted the major problem which was the lawn care. They have a beautiful and large area to cover. They've figured out how not to schedule lawn care on weekends, and it not be every day obsessively. I am off in the summer, so I will change this if need be. But overall, it's really nice here. We had such a fun time at the Summer Kick-off pool party! Crissie is amazing with event planning! We moved in a few months ago and have had such a wonderful experience so far.
Just renewed my lease for my fourth year here! It’s been a great place for grad students and Crissie (apartment life) hosts tons of fun events and goes out of her way to help when she can! The buildings are older but maintenance is quick to respond and really helpful.
Matt was beyond helpful throughout our move in process, and easy to access.
Matthew Smith from the leasing office is absolutely fantastic! He is incredibly responsive, efficient, and kind. He goes above and beyond to ensure residents and prospective residents are taken care of and feel welcomed at The Morgan. Matt has been diligent in helping me through my own moving process, and I could not be more grateful for all he has done!
