I lived here for 3 years. It's a nice quite neighborhood but definitely on the older side. The cost of living here is absolutely insane compared to what you get though. The gym is nice but they barely ever keep up with the stuff there (ei bench was broken for months and a cable was snapped for weeks). They also won't give you back your deposit and even charge you more even after you clean the apartment and give it back in great shape. Recently moved in July 2025. Matt and Nate in the office are always helpful in answering questions and requests with quick responses. Tony in maintenance is a pleasure with a friendly hello. Nice, quiet, friendly complex.
Tony from maintenance was amazing! He completed my work order so quickly and was so nice, one of my favorite workers at the Morgan
We loved our time at the Morgan! Crissie planned amazing monthly events that were great for adults and families alike! The maintenance staff was also amazing - loved seeing friendly faces every day.
