I visited the Morgan and was absolutely blown away by how fantastic the staff there is! Their manager Carlos was so friendly and inviting that I knew I had found the place I wanted to live! I moved from carraway and this apartment t is in such a better location and has so much more to offer! I’m telling my friends to move here when their leases are up!
The resident vents with Crissie are always fun and unique. Love my attached garage, too!
Excellent activities. Very well-planned and executed. We had a great deal of fun and are looking forward to the next one.
We just had a bagel community event and it was so lovely! They even had allergy/dietary friendly options like vegan cream cheese and gluten free bagels! So thoughtful and inclusive!!
EDIT 06/01/26: Living here has a bunch of ups. However, at first there was some downs. I wrote to the office and they were quick to reply. It took some time, but they adjusted the major problem which was the lawn care. They have a beautiful and large area to cover. They've figured out how not to schedule lawn care on weekends, and it not be every day obsessively. I am off in the summer, so I will change this if need be. But overall, it's really nice here.
