I called today to ask a question at this business and was met with hostility, as if I was wasting the woman’s time. Right off the bat she had an attitude, and told me she couldn’t understand me. I was talking very clear by the way. I asked if I could order a certain wine and was told it was “not a good time” and was rushed off the phone. If you don’t have the patience for people you shouldn’t clock in to work.
The woman working there today was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
In town overnight for some biz and wanted a nice local preferred sour beer (Anderson Valley Gose is my high watermark). Everyone here was super friendly and knows their stuff. Pointed me towards a Woods Boss Brewing Co. Fruity Flash "Fruited Kettle Sour Strawberry Lime" and it's about damn perfect. Thanks a ton, made my night, just what I wanted!
