I had my hybrid battery and water pump replaced and now my car drives perfectly. This is the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. The guys were incredibly nice, they didn’t overcharge, or ask for unnecessary services and they were transparent. I work two jobs, one of them being DoorDash, so I rely heavily on my vehicle. I can’t recommend this place more.
Fabulous work and excellent service. Had to have my car towed from another repair shop who told me they couldn’t even get it jump started and it was probably the “hybrid battery”… which I knew was fine. Ross and team got me in despite a snow storm and busted pipe in their office. Replaced the 12v, and I am back on the road. I will also be back to Springs Hybrid for future repair work.
He was recommended after Mt regular mechanic couldn't fix the problem with my Prius. He fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! Thank you! Very nice guy!
