Best property management company I've ever rented from.
I rented with Springs Homes for Rent for a year and that are a fantastic rental company. Quick responses to all of my maintenance requests and questions and Deanna and Julia were so kind and easy to communicate with. If you are considering renting through them, do it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I used Springs Homes 4 Rent to rent out a home I own. Deanna neglected to read the HOA rules and allowed the tenants an unauthorized build on a balcony. The tenants had to remove the build, and I asked that the tenants be reimbursed for their expenses ($300) due to Deanna’s error. The owner, Jennifer and I agreed that Jennifer would personally manage my property and any repairs would be approved by me before being done.
