I made an appointment here to get a body check and a consultation and refill of medication to treat my PCOS-related hormonal acne. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment, but I waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen because the front desk accepted a walk-in who arrived AFTER me but was seen (by the same intake nurse and doctor) BEFORE me.
