Nice people live here. Unfortunately two members of the HOA do as well. Like most bullies just try to avoid them. Keep an eye on your car because they enjoy having things towed, even if you are parked correctly. Their hypocrisy is unbelievable; The "president " constantly parks in handicapped zones or double parks. See the rubber stamped response below for laughter. Hidden Treasure. Definitely worth the buy. There is a strict pet policy concerning banned dog breeds. Good Security and the grounds are well kept
The condos are nice! It’s kinda run down since they’ve been there so long but it quiet and peaceful. The property manager is very cool and respectful.
