At first, I was happy with the communication with apartment and staff. Once I arrived here, then problems started. My husband was quoted and shown one apartment, yet we got a different one. After the original lease had to be changed, only the move in date was changed, not the move out. Staff refuses to change it, claim they can't, even though It was their error. There is never enough parking...I have litterally had to walk multiple blocks to get to my apartment... for how much these cost that is rediculous and they will tow your vehicle if you are parked improperly.(never has happened to me because I will walk) The apartments were so cheeply built screws are popping out of the walls. So glad im finnaly leaving.
