Not an advertisement to bother your maintenance guys without making a request. I happen to be right next to the maintenance building and asked Brandon if he had a ladder so I could swap some bulbs. Instead, he grabbed one himself and replaced the bulbs for me. Super kind of him to do so.
Just recently moved into this complex and the entire staff is so helpful and friendly! They all do amazing, in particular Jacqueline and Kaylee both went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. They always answered my endless questions and hopeful requests with a smile and helpful response or solution!! They really went the extra mile to help make a very stressful move just a little bit easier for me and I am so grateful! Definitely would recommend!
