I’ve had a really good experience with Flora 4050 Apartments. The property is nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is great. The staff has also been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. I really appreciate how welcoming they are and how they make you feel like they actually care about the residents. I would definitely recommend Flora 4050 to anyone looking for a nice place to live!
My husband and I moved in about a month ago, and we’ve loved it here! The area is not too crowded but close enough to anything you might need. The staff has been wonderful to interact with, particularly Kaylee the leasing manager who helped us move in and helped us move through the waitlist for a detached garage! She was friendly and knew exactly what to do with our questions and needs. We love it here!
Not an advertisement to bother your maintenance guys without making a request. I happen to be right next to the maintenance building and asked Brandon if he had a ladder so I could swap some bulbs. Instead, he grabbed one himself and replaced the bulbs for me. Super kind of him to do so.
Just recently moved into this complex and the entire staff is so helpful and friendly! They all do amazing, in particular Jacqueline and Kaylee both went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. They always answered my endless questions and hopeful requests with a smile and helpful response or solution!! They really went the extra mile to help make a very stressful move just a little bit easier for me and I am so grateful! Definitely would recommend!
