The staff answered all of my questions with 0 hesitation, they showed me the location and helped me through the process of application with patience even when we had technical issues.
Great staff, great maintenance team, very few issues. The best part is the complex is quiet and if there is ever a noise issue, they can handle it. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Only cons are the walls are rather thin, to the point you can hear your neighbors having normal conversation, residents fly through the parking lot and it’s rather concerning, and there is very limited parking at night. I’ve had an amazing experience living at Flora! The leasing office staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of, and the maintenance staff are a hoot! Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Amenities are fantastic, and the community feels safe and inviting. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place with outstanding service!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Let me begin by saying the layout of this entire complex is terrible, parking is terrible, AND you can’t even have more than one car parked inside as a single person. Next let’s move on to their actual rules, they enforce towing CONSISTENTLY on their own residence, no warning no small ticket, they just tow it and you end up having to pay a $180 fee for the tow which is outrageous considering the company they use is maybe 4 miles up the road.
