This apartment complex is the worst! So thankful to be out of there. In the past year it took numerous emails and work orders to get our door sweep fixed. We moved in, May 2025 and put a work order in immediately. It should have been a simple task but property management closed out the work order. We stopped by and we were constantly pushed aside. If I could put a - 1 I would. I did post a review at the same time I posted a complaint. I rented from them 3 times. The first lease was fine and then when there was water intrusion from the tenant upstairs, they declined to mold test or remediate if I had it mold tested. I moved after this happened but was first offered another apartment , an upper the next month and then mgmnt said that they could not move because of sickness. When I drove by the original apt. I rented from 2018 -June of 2021 At first it was great and then in Jan of 2020 things started to go downhill. The tenant upstairs flooded my apartment and I had to spend one week at a hotel paid for by my insurance. The whole time 7-10 days they ran a dehumidifier on my electric. The second time I moved to an upper because the fireman that helped on the first time suggested I do that to avoid more trouble. Within 3 days the co2 detector alarms went off again.
