I have been a resident for 5+ years. During this time, I have been most impressed by the attention shown by management in maintaining the quality of the community, most especially through the efforts of the team of dedicated maintenance staff. While I have experienced few issues with my own apartment, I believe this is because the maintenance staff regularly devotes attention to basic apartment needs such as HVAC, fire safety and pest inspections, such that potential problems are prevented altogether. So I’ve been here for a year and here’s my thoughts. Yarnell in the leasing office and maintenance guys make it 5 stars. The apartments are good quality, but not quite 5 stars (imo). The gym is nice, the pool is open year around & the dogs park are okay. Good area to live since Crest and Walmart are near by. The cons are people speed through the lot, so be careful with kids or walking dogs. And since there a pond, the geese are here. They leave you alone but during spring time there’s a lot of poop everywhere.

This place was absolutely are favorite complex in OKC! From moving in Yarnell was nothing but awesome and attentive answering all our questions and helping us move in quickly. The views from the lake are so pretty and the complex Is always clean no sight of dog poop ever, and friendly neighbors. 10/10 recommend.
