These apartments are terribly constructed and the noise level between apartments is the worst I have ever experienced. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing. Walking, going to the bathroom, talking, their tv, dishwasher and washing machine, dropping things, doors slamming, cupboards closing, etc. There are some questionable people that live here and make sure you always lock your car and park away from other vehicles. Overall my stay here was good! The amenities are nice as well.
Mike from the maintenance team is always such a great help and always has a great attitude when helping us resolve any matters that arise inside the apartment unit. Avia has always been so helpful for any and all requests. Huge thank you to Mike and the rest of the maintenance team for keeping us comfortable.
