Avia at the Lakes is a beautiful, luxurious property with amazing amenities. The pool overlooking the pond is gorgeous, and the gym is very well equipped. The staff is wonderful, and Warren, the property manager, is truly amazing—professional, friendly, and always making sure residents feel welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend!
My family and I have lived at Avia at the Lakes for 2 years. The office staff is very friendly. The pool and gym are great! The maintenance staff are quick and friendly. They have a lot of community events for the residents. I highly recommend Avia!
My experience at AVIA has been everything and more. They have phenomenal staff that patiently answers all my questions and ready to help. Smooth moving in process eased my stress as well. Thank you, I truly enjoy my living experience here at AVIA and cant see myself anywhere else!
I am so impressed by how beautiful Avia at the Lakes has become. Doesn’t look or feel like it did back in 2021. The property now is top notch and fun too! Love all the fun events they do! Definitely great place to live!
I had a great experience with the office staff, Lauren and Jordan! I don’t personally live at the apartment community, but every interaction I’ve had with them has been extremely positive. They are both welcoming, professional, friendly, and very helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience for the residents and anyone who comes into the office. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help really stand out. It’s always a pleasure working with Lauren and Jordan!
