We had such a wonderful time living at this complex. It wasn't until we moved out and they tried to extort us for money that our experience turned sour. We stayed over a week into June and so we owed them a weeks worth of rent, water and trash pickup. However, the final bill shows them trying to collect from back in March to June on water and trash, as if it wasn't included in the rent.
