I have never had issues with any rental properties before moving into this apartment complex. Management at The Springs handled my issues and requests poorly. There was no clear follow up or communication directly to me. I moved out due to noise issues, and I did not feel at home in those unlivable conditions. On top of that, I am receiving ridiculous bills that I am being charged for when I have already moved out of the location. A great place to live!
Cost way.... to much for what you get. Over $1000 for a one bedroom not including electric, trash. A studio is $800 Will make you pay two deposits for more than one pet so could come to around $600+ charging us $70 for a hole in a window shade. That you probably couldn’t see unless you squint extra hard and are really looking for something to charge someone for . This place is a joke also check you bills every month.
