Renewed a one-year lease due to an overall positive experience. The property is consistently well-kept, and the staff is responsive, helpful, and committed to addressing concerns promptly. Communication has been excellent, and resident events, especially those with complimentary food, provide a nice opportunity to meet and connect with neighbors. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and staying for another year is an easy decision.

Do NOT move here. I'm having trouble before even officially moving in and signing the lease. The leasing office is not communicative. They do not answer their phone, don't respond to emails, and close before the hours they have posted on their door and website. I feel like I'm having to jump through hoops just to sign a lease. It shouldn't feel like I'm begging them to take my money. If this is how it is before officially signing, I can only imagine what it's like living there.
