Great service and amazing help provided by the staff when looking for a new home.
I will say that the office staff and maintenance are nice, and the apartments themselves are nice, but there were several issues we had during our year-long lease. First and foremost, the smartlocks would malfunction and randomly unlock our front door. I was always nervous it would happen in the middle of the night when we were asleep, so I would recommend getting a portable door lock or something for extra security. I have been having trouble with my application and Ms Pamela has been so patient with me she takes her time explaining everything that I need. I am a senior citizen and not very knowledgeable about the process but she has been so helpful. I can't wait to move in!
Please, I am urging you to read all of the 1 star reviews. Please save yourself the trouble from this complex and its management. It seems to be a pattern that they try to milk extra money out of you. Moving out you get hit with a bunch of ridiculous fees without any validity like "final move out fee" or "service fee." Also, the water smells like rotten egg if you don't use it for a long time (for instance going out of town or on vacation).
