I love living here! It’s clean quite safe! I’m a dialysis patient @ Davita on Fremaux! This is the first apartment I’ve lived in! The maintenance guys are great especially Ronnie! Anytime I need help he or his assistants come very quick to see about me. The place is quiet I barely hear any outside noise. Excellent AC Heater! I would recommend living here to anyone wanting to live in a first class apartment building. Miss Pamella and Brittany do an excellent job here!
These are NOT luxury apartment homes like they claim. Don’t be fooled. We lived at The Retreat for 2 1/2 years. When we moved in, the apartment was not cleaned properly, and the carpet leading to our master bathroom was damaged. We listed the damage on the form you fill out when you first move in. The front desk said it would be noted on file.(Management has since changed 3x’s.) A week into living there, the laminate countertops started to come apart. Great service and amazing help provided by the staff when looking for a new home.
I will say that the office staff and maintenance are nice, and the apartments themselves are nice, but there were several issues we had during our year-long lease. First and foremost, the smartlocks would malfunction and randomly unlock our front door. I was always nervous it would happen in the middle of the night when we were asleep, so I would recommend getting a portable door lock or something for extra security.
