This place is not what they say it is they don’t give you codes for the gate to walk in or to let guest in while your at work. They said they do pesticides but don’t have left someone home for it and never have come. Work orders you put them in they don’t fix your AC put in another one they will lie and tell you they did. This is a convenient location access to a lot of good surroundings. The apartment was very nice. The layout was perfect. The size of the kitchen was nice and open. Really enjoyed that the garage was perfect. We faced the pool, which was convenient also by the clubhouse access to the gym and everything when we needed it or wanted it all in all this was a very quiet, nice apartment complex no issues no problems. Maintenance was great if there was an issue.
I have a troubled history making poor decisions, with apartments, and my credit. I openly declared all these issues and the leasing staff didn't bat an eye. I was implored to just apply, they worked with me every step of the way, and I was in my new home within a few weeks! I adore this apartment complex (:
Move-in was a breeze, apartment is beautiful, and neighbors are friendly! Jess Daniels in the office has answered every question and helped me through the whole process!
