If you like to live in a model home 24/7 and never had untidiness, this is the place for you. Every time I have a work order needed to be done, I get reported to the office about cleanliness. They then required a mandatory inspection and if it’s not to their standards, which are model home standards, you will get another. Not really one to write reviews unless I have had considerable amount of experience with product or service, and it exceeds my expectations. A book of a review but here goes! I have had the privilege to live in this community for a total of two years. Easily the best place to rent in NB,TX for the following reasons. 1. My experience was outstanding the management team here were very helpful answered my questions and concerns before and after I moved in. The maintenance crew is a awesome team quick in doing repairs. A special shout to Jessye who really goes that extra yard with everyone moving in. Keep this team they are the best.
