The apartments are decent and all my neighbors are really sweet, but the amenities are not taken care of like they should be. Half of the things in the gym are out of order and have been for a while they definitely need some upgrades and the pool is pretty run down and ALWAYS dirty
BEWARE BEFORE RENTING!!! First of all, office staff is incredibly unprofessional, lazy and full of liars. Second of all, unless you like living with roaches don't apply here! sooo disgusting! Which leads me to my third point, this place is outdated. Tour the many apartment complexes around creekside you'll realize this place is a dump. There's absolutely nothing appealing or interesting about this complex in comparison to everything else in creekside for the same price point. You have been warned!
If you like to live in a model home 24/7 and never had untidiness, this is the place for you. Every time I have a work order needed to be done, I get reported to the office about cleanliness. They then required a mandatory inspection and if it’s not to their standards, which are model home standards, you will get another. This place is not a good place to live first the ppl who live here are not community ppl i lived here two years nothing but emails about ppl stealing packages ppl lying and profiling and making complaints with no evidence just to complain and they put it on your record even with no evidence they will lie and put pest control note on your door pest control never comes they use the note to sneak in your house and look through your stuff maintenance have stolen from me and they carry guns even though there’s a cop on property t... read more
Me and my son love it here so much. Such a perfect area. Maintenance team is amazing and always comes swiftly. ❤️ we couldn’t have picked a better first apartment home. 🖤
