대학생때 좋은 추억이 많아요. 다만 혼자사는 비흡연자인데, 다른 한국인들이 담배피는 모습을 모고, 제가 담배를 밖에서 핀다고 오해받고 경고장 메세지를 많이 받아서 스트레스받아서 1-2년정도 살았네요. 나도 1층 사는데, 옆집사람 2층사람이 내집 앞에서 담배펴서 매우 스트레스였습니다. 내가 피지도 않는 담배쓰레기를 치운적도 많은데 경고까지 받으니 고통스러워서 나갔습니다.

During my 2+ year stay at The Springs, I really enjoyed the experience. Management, whether former (Victoria) or current (Yaneth) was always kind to me and made sure I felt welcome. Maintenance was typically prompt and thorough, all involved (especially Del) were always friendly and professional. The complex is pleasant and generally quiet, the 'springs' running through were always very calming, especially at night. This was my favorite apartment! I miss it but dont miss the drive.
