I had them install gutters 2 years ago. I was sold on the warrantee/service agreement. Now it's time for service, but I cannot reach them any which way--their phone is a black hole, their emails return. I'm thinking they're no longer in business.
I would give zero stars if this was an option. Under no circumstance should you use this company. Pretty sure they are out of business but in the event they are not DO NOT USE THEM. All of my no clog gutters are clogged, warranty work has not been done, the do not contact me back. You have been warned
Just like other reviews, great presentation up front to get your business but this is the apex of taillight warranty. Ghosted again and again. They screw up and they don’t own up.
This company is being sued on multiple offenses. They won’t return your deposit and they do poor work just Google Anita Springrock Gutters .
Initial install was smooth and coordinated well. We were excited particularly by the lifetime warranty, as cleaning gutters is not our forte. Two years after install we needed them to be cleaned out a bit, as we had some drainage (it happens, not a problem). However, we have been ghosted by Springrock gutters at this point, multiple calls to multiple numbers with messages unanswered. I would recommend not using Springrock at this point.
