Me and my family are highly unsatisfied with the service received from Ashley Oaks apartments in San Antonio, Texas (16400 Henderson Pass). We are a military family. I received orders to deploy and my wife had to find an apartment quite fast before I left. Two week before my deployment date my orders were reversed. My families move in date was November 16th. I have been staying at Brice Grove Park Apartments in Canal Winchester, OH. I signed onto a second lease 4 months ago and have never been treated worse. The property "management" team has been harassing me for the past month about a "broken blind" I say "broken" because it is not broken at all. If you come inside and look there is no crack or anything at all wrong with the blind. Exceptionally poorly managed apartment complex - I would not recommend anyone looking for an apartment sign on to do business with these people. I live in Smyrna Ga. steadfast property. I moved here last Oct. I was told a power wash would happen within a week. No never happened ! I was told the fan , the doors to washer& dryer room would be fixed no still not fixed 9 months later .... I now found a rat in my apartment after being gone for a few days for work. It's bigger than my dog! My apt. Is spotless because I'm rarly here. No food ... just holes in the wall where HVAC is so they got in easily ! Pretty much the same as everyone else. I call and call and call, no response. I've emailed, nothing. Leave messages, nothing. No wonder the staff at my complex are just the same, they learned from the best.

We have called and left messages, as well as emailed them in regards to poor management and other complaints with zero response from them at any time. It just shows how much they actually care about their company and the people who keep it afloat. Surprised they are still in business with the way they do things but I don't doubt they will be under soon, if you treat your customers like they aren't worth anything, you become worthless.

I have lived in my complex for nearly 3 years, my unit has had multiple inconveniences that I've tried to pass off as "forgotten" or "mistakes" however after the first time my unit flooded and I was warned about the harms of mold from the apartment manager herself, and she then had her maintenance paint over it, I realized this was just how this business operates. We have been renting at this property for almost a year. We pay rent on time and pretty much stay to ourselves. In the short time that we've lived there, we've had two neighbors that made noise constantly. I've complained, called the police etc.... the leading office has made us feel as if we're the problem. When I moved in, one of the girls knew my husband wasn't on the lease, but all of a sudden, they pulled my file after I called the police last night and asked "why he wasn't on the lease?". Ridge Crossings in Hoover, AL is a terrible place and not worth the money. I feel like everyone should know what they are getting into. I lived there for 3 years, which was 3 years too long. Roaches, Spiders, Centipedes, you name it. They claimed they sprayed, but they would only call the exterminator if you complained so it had to become a regular call to make.
