I came into hard times. Needed only $3,000. Offered my $20,000. Truck as calateral because of poor credit. Also have income and was told I needed a co signer. They advertised they could help people like me but they don't.
Well filled out the application they ran my credit...they said I'll call you back today with a answer that was on the 5th nobody called back then I called them a day later to talk with Jesse well apparently she was on lunch and was told she would call me back well that didn't happen..so I called them back today I was told Jesse was off today and that someone will work on my application and will definitely call me back today imagine that they didn't call me back welp I won't be doing business with them so please loose my inf... read more
the worst experience Every time I go to that place they have no communication between themselves, one person tells you something and the other person says something else, they ask you for so many things for something so simple to solve.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with any financial institution. They want all your information, hard hit your credit, and for what? To take several days to get an answer? I have done many of loans and had an answer same day but not with landmark. The staff were very pushy and rude. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company unless you just love disappointment. And to add the cherry on the top, they will giver their personal thoughts about whether or not you can make a payment before telling you what the payment ... read more
Best experience ever Bella and Whitney are freakin awesome and helpful and most importantly FUN lol these guys are amazing and all have amazing sense of humors made me feel super comfortable would recommend this branch to everyone!!!
