Nice until you get your loan , then they don’t care and start adding random stuff onto your loan so you never pay it off and are rude about it and the ladies are condescending every step of the way
Heidi and Amanda at the Merced office were tremendously helpful in my time of need and now I can get back to living my life and reach my goals and it’s all because of them, whoever needs help go to them they will help. These two ladies are also very respectful, sweet and go above and beyond, thank you Amanda and Heidi.
Run if u can … not a good place to get a loan at all go somewhere else
I love going to the merced branch they are very nice and help me with my needs in getting a loan to suit me
