Communication was very poor. They ignored my instructions. The team seemed inexperienced. They did not bring proper equipment. Cleaning was incomplete. They didn’t follow requests. I had to clean again myself. The service was unreliable. They canceled at the last minute. No professionalism at all. Not worth the price. Very disappointing overall. Windows were still dirty. Carpets were not cleaned well. They left trash behind. The smell after cleaning was unpleasant. Surfaces were not sanitized. Poor time management.

The best company I hired in Adelaide, impeccable work and attention to every detail, I always recommend them!
Didn’t respond to booking requests online, so I called and got a spot scheduled. Booked in time for cleaner, then was asked to change to later in the week. No problem. Then the cleaner didn’t turn up and we had zero responses or communication. Apparently she had an accident but no one bothered to let us know or reach out to rebook. Too unreliable to bother with.
