The Doctors here are very good. I have seen maybe 3 different doctors over the years and I am always impressed, never been disappointed. However my last experience with the front office and how the front office is handling it, is not up to par. I’ve been a loyal customer of Spring House Eye for many years. Today, I encountered a situation that left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. When my husband and I visited the front desk, we were met by an associate with short white hair who unfortunately, spoke to us in a tone that I found unprofessional. She quoted us two very different prices for contacts, and when we asked for clarification, her response was abrupt and not very clear and she seemed disheveled. Dr. Devlin is a Rockstar. I enjoyed my eye exam. As well as his passion for the eye. Very happy with his care. Office staff was wonderful as well.
