I have been a patient at Spring House Eye Associates for about six years. Dr. Marcus Devlin is not only highly professional and skilled, he is also very caring. I appreciate how he explains my condition and goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and vision health. The office atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff clearly works as a team to meet the needs of patients. I highly recommend this practice.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this office. I was told my glasses would be ready within two weeks at most and that I would pick up the itemized bill at that time. When I called today to follow up, Chris was rude and condescending during the conversation. I do not know who she thought she was speaking to, but I was nothing but professional on that call and I will not be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. Doctors and office staff are very nice. Appointments always start on time, we appreciate not having a long wait.
The Doctors here are very good. I have seen maybe 3 different doctors over the years and I am always impressed, never been disappointed. However my last experience with the front office and how the front office is handling it, is not up to par. My appointment was going really well, from check in all the way to seeing the Dr. as I’ve come to expect. I opted to re-fill my contacts since I didn’t have enough time to shop for a pair of glasses.
