The Doctors here are very good. I have seen maybe 3 different doctors over the years and I am always impressed, never been disappointed. However my last experience with the front office and how the front office is handling it, is not up to par. I’ve been a loyal customer of Spring House Eye for many years. Today, I encountered a situation that left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. When my husband and I visited the front desk, we were met by an associate with short white hair who unfortunately, spoke to us in a tone that I found unprofessional. She quoted us two very different prices for contacts, and when we asked for clarification, her response was abrupt and not very clear and she seemed disheveled. Super nice people, accurate prescription, office is easy to work with
Dr. Devlin is a Rockstar. I enjoyed my eye exam. As well as his passion for the eye. Very happy with his care. Office staff was wonderful as well.
I've been getting routine eye exams from Dr Devlin at the Glenside office for years and never had an issue. I'm considering switching from Carty Eyes associates for my Glaucoma treatment. However most of the reviews from the past year have been very negative and the ones from 2 years ago and longer have been very positive. Has something happened with the practice in the past year to cause all of these bad reviews?
