My husband and I lived at Springhouse apartments for 3 wonderful years! We absolutely loved our time there. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The complex has many amenities for residents and is always well kept. There are always things planned for residents to do such as food trucks or mixers at the pool or in the clubhouse. RecommendedI have lived in this community for 3 years going on 4. I love it here, the property is very clean and safe, it’s really quiet, the tenants are nice. The staff is really nice and always willing to help. I would recommend living here the location is great, it has all upscale amenities that you would want, with great dinning and shopping area’s close by. Thanks to the property manager it is absolutely a beautiful place to live.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff is amazing and very easy to work with, even while we have had a complicated situation. My husband has been living there since October and the rest of us are excited to join him next month. And I’m pretty pumped to enjoy the beautiful pool this summer!

I have been living at SpringHouse Apartments for 2 months now. My roommate and I love it here. The apartments are very nice and extremely spacious. We both have good sized rooms with our own walk in closets. What I like most about our apartment is the open floor plan and kitchen. The granite counter tops and large island in the kitchen makes it a great space for cooking. I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know looking for a place to live. I give it a 5 star rating!
Would not recommend. I’ve lived here two years and it increasingly gets worse. Beautiful apartments but unfortunately very unfriendly/unprofessional managment and numerous shootings and car break ins. For the money, not worth it.
Springhouse apartments is such a quiet and beautiful place to live! I have lived here a year and I love how close it is to St.mathews mall and how it’s only a few minutes away from the paddock shops! Did I mention how you can get to any great restaurant in a matter of a few minutes. Everything is all right here but yet we’re surrounded by beautiful woods.
