Chris singleton was a great service writer on the intake of my vehicle. There were some serious issues with parts pricing. Toyota tried to charge me almost double the price on parts. Had to do my own research to find out the price. Asked them to give me an estimate on replacing automatic door cable. Labor and parts rate came back to $1700 said the part was $900 and the labor was so expensive because the tech said he had to remove the door after checking myself the part was only $50- $80 and the labor did not require the door... read more
