My check in was horrible; the attendant, London gave me attitude while I was trying to check in. The Breakfast was also one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The eggs were cold and the coffee machines were empty. On top of that, the area in the breakfast was also disgusting. Nobody asked me how my stay was. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone or return to it!

I had an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home thanks to the very attentive staff, especially Gabi, the supervisor, and María, the manager, who kindly helped me with some extra requests for the room. As a tourist, I really appreciated being able to speak Spanish and feel understood. I will definitely come back!”
