Overall the hotel was decent. The rooms appear clean but upon deeper inspection the rooms had some stained towels and bedding. They were replaced by the staff. The staff was friendly.
Terribly worn down, dirty and the internet doesn't work half the time, and nobody wants to help you at the front desk. Don't bother calling the manager. Because they will just walk right by you. Save yourself some time and some frustration as well as a little bit of money. Just go somewhere else, not next door because they are the same owners. The Hilton Homewood Suites, I would expect a similar disappointment there as well.
Great place to stay on work trips. Always great customer service
