Que amable es el personal de limpieza, me brindado todo lo que necesite. Las habitaciones huelen bien y son cómodas
Staff very friendly (except for the light skinned guy who works night with the dreds. Never greeted us although seen us a few times.) Housekeeping great and attentive. Breakfast was great had waffles and sausage.
Front desk staff are rude and incredibly unprofessional. One of them looked like she just woke up from a nap as well. There were hotel staff doing things right at the front entrance and they didn’t bother to smile, say hello, or anything when my 7 year old and I arrived. Whatever. No biggie. I come inside to check in and I’m barely greeted when I hand over my payment and ID, and I’m immediately told my debit card won’t be accepted when I literally called this hotel prior to me booking to ask if I could use my card to avoid t... read more
