We had a wonderful stay. The motel was clean and Nadine at the front desk was one of the best employees I've ever met! She was friendly, informative, had a great personal touch, and took ownership of making it an exceptional experience for the customer. Renee at the breakfast Center was fantastic keeping an abundant breakfast bar well stocked for an extremely busy crowd of people.
Hotel was fine. Decor was tones of greys and black and without color. Front desk staff were great, Hospitality room was stocked and available for us each night and for breakfast each morning. The Breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient. Location was very noisy from traffic as it is located in a very busy commercial area.
We booked a different hotel down the street from the Springhill Suites but after having a horrible experience there my family and I decided to book a room here and thank goodness we did! Nadine at the front desk went above and beyond and completely turned our family trip around! This hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is so kind and accommodating!
Nadine at the front desk is an angel! She helped my family book a last minute room and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Absolutely recommend this hotel! Great rooms, clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds and friendly staff
