Typically stay Marriott brand and enjoy free breakfast, however, this breakfast buffet was less than appetizing. There was no meat selection and barely any eggs available at 8:30 AM on the Saturday morning. Then, on Sunday, meat was served and gone by the time we returned. Sausage replaced by chipped beef. Also, the juice machine was out of order and the free standing pitcher of OJ was uncovered and my glass of juice had a fruit fly. We have stayed here 3-4x/year for the last 20 years and this was the absolute worst experience. Extremely disappointing. My mom booked two rooms as always. Usually were adjoining or at least same floor. We arrived around 5:30pm and took about 30 min to check in due to a new computer system. We finally got one room for my husband and I and reminded them of the pack and play we called weeks before to reserve and they said they would bring it right. I paid over $800 for connecting rooms for my family, however the connecting doors self close (!) and the hotel's key cards don't work. We are locked out of our room and are wandering around Pittsburgh after traveling all day while management has no plan to accommodate us and fix the issue. I'm posting this review because they're not answering the front desk. So yeah.
A hotel that appears to have seen better days. Room was clean enough but had a smell to it, and the thermostat on the wall didn't work to the point where I later figured out that I had to adjust it on the air conditioner itself, and it was a bit uncomfortable on its first night as it kept shutting off, but eventually it worked.
