Clean, comfortable room and pleasant staff. Met all expectations
Very upset today! We lost Nadene A great front desk, lady! She made me feel at home since this has been my home. I’ve been living at the Springhill suites West Mifflin during the week for the last six years for work. I went to check in today, and usually Nadine is there, I asked when she would be working, and they said she no longer works here anymore. What a loss for the hotel. I have been staying here in West Mifflin Springhill suites for the last five years for work during the week. It’s like home away from home. Jean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. They always go out of their way to stop and talk to you or ask if you need anything. I love the beds. They are so comfortable for a good nights sleep. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Nadene always makes fresh hot coffee.
