Room was ok only came back to room with our sinks filled with water, sewer water. Also floor next to bed / air conditioner was wet. We called and they did come up right away and fixed the water in the sinks. Said it happens all the time. Was told floor being wet was because guests run the air conditioner all the time. Over all ok stay.
Room was like an icebox when we arrived. Other than that all good except for flies in the room. Do t expect this from Marriott hotels. Will not stay at another Springhill suite property. Planning on flirida vacation. Was looking at Panama City but they add $20.00 per night just to park there. Ridiculous. See photos for lord of the flies property.
I had a reservation for three nights ask them to charge me for one they end up charging me for the whole day. I had a roommate also, who’s gonna pay for the second night ended up charging him for the whole day they charged us $600 for three nights on a $75 room. I called and talked to the manager and he tells me he doesn’t have to hear this and he hung up in my face, horrible customer service. $330.00
Very friendly and attentive staff. Very clean and diverse breakfast area. Nice and safe area to walk in the morning
Cozy and not too far from Norton Hospital. We were glad to have free parking. The hotels near Nortons had really expensive garage fees.
