I was here for a business trip and found my stay very pleasant. Felt welcomed during my stay especially greeted by Ash whose shift in the afternoon/night shift and when I get some coffee at night by another staff who had the night shift. The staffs for breakfast who helped out when asked very promptly for help were very kind and professional. Great hotel location and really great & courteous staffs. Thank you!
Nice room, but didn't have hot water any of the five days there. Toilet only flushes when you hold the handle down until it finishes. Liked the bed, TV room with adjustable arm. Desk and kitchenette was also a good addition. Complimentary breakfast was included. Would recommend.
Incredibly disappointing experience. This hotel put us right next to rooms that are currently being renovated. We were awakened early by loud construction noises and the aroma of vape. It was so bad, we asked for a refund. The manager was unwilling to work with us at all. They truly do not care about your comfort here.
Hotel staff is very nice and always help you
