Really great hotel! Great location and atmosphere! Rooms are spacious and beds and comfortable! Staff did an amazing job!
Our room was disgusting and needed a deep cleaning or complete overhaul. At 9:30 a.m., house keeping was yelling and pounding on our door. Before we could get to the door to tell them to go away, they were trying to unlock it. Not sure why they were doing this when check out isn’t until noon and we had a do not disturb hanger placed… Do not recommend, as there are plenty of other hotel options close by.
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FOR BUSINESS!! I had the miserable experience of sharing my floor with 50 grade school children on a field trip that ran up and down the halls screaming until 10 pm each night. Obviously management cares more about selling rooms and not providing a peaceful place to rest. The bar for the hotel experience is lower than ever before.
