I just finished up a 3 week business stay here, and I don't have any reasons not to give it 5 stars. Everyone on the staff was very friendly (my schedule was very unpleasant, so I think I saw most of them). I really enjoyed my room because it felt like an apartment. The mini fridge and microwave were detached from everything else and had its own sink. I had a spacious (laptop+extra monitor & paperwork) desk area with plenty of outlets (2 ac + 2 usb c). Comfortable, clean, and I would definitely stay again if driving through the area. Always glad to have a reliable place to stay.
Nice and clean hotel. Something do need to be updated. Housekeepers will go in room without permission. But out of all that. We stayed there a while during our moving process. My husband had already paid for all the nights that we stayed for. Now he had to use my card only once for about $250 for 2 nights. They took an extra $700. We left the hotel on those 2 days that was already paid for. They then took an extra $1,000 out of my account. What type of hotel does that
Truly never had a better hotel experience in my life. We show up and the front desk man Mr Joe Lews the 3rd was charming and affable. He gave us free water, chips, and skittles from the hotel store. The room was pleasant and clean. Checking out was as simple as you could imagine. Can’t say anything bad about the place. 5 stars.
