Increíble servicio de las personas. El hotel se ve viejo y descuidado, da miedo subir al elevador porque como que se traba. El desayuno no era del nivel que en otros springhills. Otro contra, no hay cajas de seguridad en los cuartos
Staying at a nice, clean hotel for a week can only be topped by having an employee like Todd Pierce ensuring that my stay was perfect. From taking care of the confusion with my reservation, to repairing my tv remote, to making my drink in the lounge as I waited for my ride, Todd took care of it all! Todd made my seven day stay at Springhill Suites that much more pleasant. Thank you!
