Pool was green and dirty. There are motion detectors in the rooms to keep the A/C on/off. The room did not stay cold at night as if it turned off due to no motion. Shower door doesn’t stay closed. Rooms near the elevator can hear everyone getting on and off the elevator.
Do not stay here! Tonight some punk kids 1st threw a bag of ice at our door and scared my family and I. Then 10 minutes later they kicked the door in. I called the front desk and it took them 10-15 minutes to respond when the front desk clerk finally came up he found the kids running in the hallway. He came to me and apologized… at this point I was ok with his approach. Great staff and wonderful breakfast
Great place, clean rooms, outstanding service. Andy at the front desk was awesome. Go to place when I'm in the area.
The mattress are hard. I have stayed at other SpringHill Suites (Lindale, TX - amazing mattress). Also no lotion options (travel or dispensary in the suite). Nice room overall. Liked that the porcelain furniture was in a separate room from the shower. Nice size closet, sitting area with sofa w/ trundle and desk space.
